The mission of Vonore Middle School is to provide an environment which promotes measurable academic growth, as well as emotional, social, and physical development, as we prepare all students to live in an ever-changing and diverse society.
Registration, Open House & Supply Lists
Registration for new students will be August 1 between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. in the office at VMS. Only students who are new to Vonore schools need register. Students who previously attended VES are already registered.
There will be an Open House for all students and parents on August 7 at 5:00 p.m. Anyone interested may tour the building, meet the faculty, and view their schedules for the upcoming year.
Supply lists can be found at local stories, in the office at VMS, or by clicking this link: VMS Supply Lists. Please make sure you are using the supply list that says Vonore Middle School at the top of the page. There are no Monroe County lists that apply to all middle schools.
VMS Teacher Joan McFall is the VFW's Tennessee Teacher of the Year
Congratulations to 7th & 8th Grade Social Studies Teacher, Joan McFall! Mrs. McFall was nominated as VFW Teacher of the Year in Monroe County. Not only was she honored locally, she was also named the district and state Teacher of the Year! We are so proud of you!

Track Progress With a ParentVue Account
Our student management system, EduPoint, allows the creation of parent accounts to keep track of your student's grades. To request an account, use the information request form on our contact page and include "ParentVue Account" and your student's name in the information requested field, or ask in the school office.
